UDF govt. follows path of destruction: CPI(ML)

Pathanamthitta, Apr 8 (UNI) CPI(ML) General Secretary K N Ramachandran today said Chief Minister Oommen Chandy who had been trumpeting about development had the responsibility to own the suicide of 1,500 farmers in Wayanad.

Talking to mediaprsons here, he said the United Democratic Front government was following a path of 'destruction' and not development. Mr Ramachandran said the Left Democratic Front manifesto did not mention even a single issue raised by Opposition Leader V S Achuthanandan.

He said it was sure that Mr Achuthanandan would not be made the Chief Minister even if the LDF won the elections because of groupism in the CPI(M).
