UDF Govt. following Path of destruction: CPI(ML)

Pathanamthitta, Apr 8 (UNI) CPI(ML) General Secretary K N Ramachandran today alleged that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy who had been trumpeting about development had the responsibility to own responsibility for the suicide of 1,500 farmers in Wayanad.

Talking to mediaprsons here, he alleged that the United Democratic Front (UDF) government was only following a path of 'destruction' and not development.

Mr Ramachandran said the Left Democratic Front (LDF) manifesto did not mention even a single issue raised by Opposition Leader V S Achuthanandan.

He charged that Mr Achuthanandan would not be made the Chief Minister even if the LDF wins the elections because of groupism in the CPI(M).
