Two persons killed by miscreants in Manipur

Imphal, Apr 8 (UNI) Two persons were killed by some unknown armed miscreants in Imphal East.

Police said Md Haque and Md Munik might have been killed at Laphupokp yesterday in connection with an earlier incident.

A man and a woman, who were with Haque and Munique, were badly beaten by the miscreants.

In a separate incident two persons were allegedly kidnapped by a person.

However, they were rescued by locals at Heingang yesterday.
