Silver, gold South-bound on bearish global advice

Mumbai, Apr 8 (UNI) The rates of silver and gold today fell on weak global advice in the opening session, traders at the bullion market here said.

Following were the rates: Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade : Rs 18,045, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint: : Rs 8,570, Gold 99.9 purity variety : Rs 8,615.
