Life imprisonment to 19 murder accused

Narsinghpur (MP), Apr 8 (UNI) A court here has sentenced 19 people to life imprisonment in a 2003 murder case, while acquitting three other accused.

According to prosecution, the accused had stopped Bhagvanchand Pehelwan's vehicle and attacked him on July 11, 2003. Pehelwan was killed in the incident, while driver Kanchan and one else were injured.

Police had arrested 22 persons in this connection.

Special Sessions Judge Sushma Khosla pronounced the verdict yesterday.
