Highly decomposed bodies of couple found in farm

Rajkot, Apr 8 (UNI) Highly decomposed bodies of a young couple was found in the farm near Kuchiyadad village of the district.

A farmer Virjibhai Patel informed the police about its presence in the farm, police sources said adding, the bodies had been sent to civil hospital to conduct autopsy.

Police recovered a scooter and a bottle of pesticide near the bodies. Although it appears to be a case of suicide, the exact cause of the death will be clear only after the postmortem, police sources added.

The youth has been identified, from his driving license, as Haresh Lalji Desai (35) and is a resident of Pardi village here. The lady is yet to be identified.

The youth was reported missing from the village since the last few days. The couple is believed to have been in love. Hence the drastic step, police said.
