Gulbarga records highest temp of 42 degree celsius

Bangalore, Apr 8 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably above normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka; above normal at most places over South Interior Karnataka and at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.

Gulbarga recorded highest maximum temperature of 42 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Monday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Forecast for Bangalore city: Partly cloudy. Maximum temperature would be around 35 degree celsius.
