Biman urges partymen to work for realising Anil's dream
Midnapur, Apr 8 (UNI) West Bengal CPI(M) secretary Biman Bose today urged his partymen to work for realising late Anil Biswas's dream of securing more than 50 per cent of total votes polled in the coming Assembly elections.
''The party workers should work sincerely to ensure at least 50 per cent of votes polled during the elections. We can fulfill comrade Anil Biswas's dream by ensuring 50 per cent of the votes polled in fovour of the party,'' Mr Bose said while paying homage to the departed leader this morning.
Praising Biswas as a grassroot level leader of the party, he said, ''Mr Biswas relied more on reciprocal understanding and thus solved most of the hitches within the party without compromising on the issue.'' Asked as to whether the party would file a case against the Election Commission on the issue justification of the raid on Keshpur party offices, Mr Bose declined to comment.
