UP capital hottest at 41 degrees
Lucknow, Apr 7 (UNI) The mercury continued its rise in Uttar Pradesh today, giving a tough time to the populace.
The State capital with a maximum temperature of 41 degree celsius, five degree above normal was the hottest. Among other places Varanasi and Allahabad also recorded an identical maximum of 41 degrees, which was four degrees above normal, State Weather Office told UNI here today.
The dust laden gusty winds originating from Rajasthan also troubled the population of the state.
Weatherman has forecast a mainly dry weather across the state over the next 24 hours.
