Three naxals killed in encounter in AP

Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, Apr 7 (UNI) Three naxalites, including two women Dalam members of the CPI (Maoist) were killed in an encounter with the police near the forest area of Tadwai mandal in this district this evening.

Police said the naxals opened fire at the policemen who were conducting a combing operation in the forest. The police returned the fire killing three naxals on the spot.

Seven weapons, two mines and other materials were recovered from the spot.
