Teledata takes over I-Max

Chennai, Apr 7 (UNI) Teledata Informatics, a global provider of e-governance and ERP solutions to education and other verticals, has strengthened its presence in communication sector with the acquisition of the London based I-Max networks.

Teledata has taken over 80 per cent in I-Max networks, a provider of telecommunication carrier services, equipment distributor and an integrated solution provider, a company release here said.

I-Max also specialises in IP telephony, VoIP, TDM and wireless communication, it said.
