Teledata acquires I-Max Networks in London

Mumbai, Apr 7 (UNI) Teledata Informatics Ltd has taken over 80 per cent of the equity stake in I-MAX Networks Ltd, London through its subsidiary, Voicetec Systems Ltd .

Informing the BSE, the company said I-MAX Networks Ltd is a provider of telecommunication carrier services, equipment distributor and an integrated solution provider. It specializes in IP telephony VoIP, TDM&Wireless communication. The core business is based on wholesale and retail of international voice traffic and aggregating traffic for Incumbent Local Operators.

Their subsidiary Voicetec Systems Ltd caters to the wholesale business. Since incorporation, I-Max Networks Ltd has soared to industry prominence with cost effective, reliable and innovative communication solutions to customers all across the world.
