Shiv Sainiks oppose fashion week
New Delhi, Apr 7 (UNI) The Delhi unit of the Shiv Sena, alleging that fashion weeks were promoting "vulgar display" of women's body, demanded an immediate ban on them.
Sena Delhi unit president Jaibhagwan Goel said such events treated woman as a consumer product. He also accused the elite of encouraging nudity and trying to give obscenity social acceptance through such events.
He also called for a judicial probe into the "wardrobe malfunction" at a recent event, a Sena release said here today.
