NCDEX records trade worth Rs 3,833 cr

Mumbai, Apr 7 (UNI) As many as 552 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 3,833 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 90,530 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, refined soy oil, silver, gold and urad, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 623 members had participated in trading and put through more than 99,110 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 4,365 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, silver lemon tur and sugar, the release added.
