Another accused in fodder scam sentenced to 5 years imprisonment

New Delhi, Apr 7 (UNI) Special CBI Judge Ranchi today convicted one of the key suppliers involved in the fodder scam to five years imprisonment.

Sushil Kumar Jha, who owns Bharti Enterprises (Patna) and Seva Medical Agency (Jamtara), was also fined Rs 86,000, according to the CBI.

The accused, had withdrawn Rs 56.94 lakh from Godda treasury through false bills.

This is the 15th case in the fodder scam in which Jha has been convicted.
