Ten Sports to telecast documentry on soccer rivalries

Mumbai, Apr 6 (UNI) With soccer fever gaining mementum as the forthcoming FIFA World Cup's kick-off round the conner, Ten Sports is also set to revive passionate soccer rivalries by telecasting the much acclaimed documentry -'Hights of Passion'.

The four-part award winning documentry will be telecast as part of Ten Sports' Legends series between April 9 and 28. The series will explore the culture, hisory, and rivalries between Latin American and European soccer gaints.

The four 52-minute episodes entitled Italy, Spain, Argentina, and Brazil focus on two particular clubs from the respective countries and the intense rivalry between them. It will look at the history that has forced the legendary rivalry and where they stand.

The series captures not just the stars of today, tomorrow and yesterday, but the history, culture, and social background of the leading teams and passionate fans throughout the soccer-playing world.

Italy would cover the gaint Milan clubs AC Milan and Internatonal. The rivalry between these two clubs is one of the most intense in the world and splits the city in half. Spain covers the rivalry between Barcelona anf Real Madrid. Argentina takes a look at the financial support and rivalry between Boca Juniors and River Plate. Brazil looks at another financial rivalry between Rio residents and Vasco and Flamengo.

The episodes would touch upon stars including Ronaldo, Maradona, Edmundo, Romario and Raul.
