Sehwag made captain for next two one-dayers

New Delhi, Apr 6 (UNI) Virender Sehwag was today named captain for the next two one-dayers against England in place of Rahul Dravid, who would be rested, after India clinched the series winning the fourth one-dayer in Kochi.

''The Selection Committee in consultation with coach Greg Chappell and Rahul Dravid himself decided that Dravid would be rested for next two matches at Guwahati and Jamshedpur and Sehwag will be the captain in his place,'' BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah said in a statement here.

V R V Singh has been included in the squad in place of Dravid.
