Rajkot, Apr 6 (UNI) A large number of posters in support of Mr Sanjay Joshi's reinstatement as party's General Secretary (Organisation) were displayed prominently at the venue from where senior BJP leader L K Advani began his 33-day Bharat Suraksha Yatra here.

The posters on the route carried the slogans "Kaho Dil Se, Sanjay Joshi Phir Se".

Rajkot in the Saurashtra region is under the sway of former Gujarat Chief Minister Keshubhai Patel, arch critic of the present incumbent Narendra Modi.

Patel's supporters hold Mr Advani and his supporters responsible for the ouster of Mr Joshi at the BJP Plenary in Mumbai last December.

x x x x x Mr Advani's yatra this time has gone hi-tech with provision of a mobile internet facility for the mediamen accompanying him.

The mobile cyber cafe has four terminals for use of the mediamen to surf any website, download information and send their stories.

This is for the first time that the BJP had made such arrangement to cover a mobile event.
