Kerala HC notice to state govt. on ice cream parlour case
Kochi, Apr 6 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today issued notice to the state government and the accused in the ice cream parlour sex scandal on a revision petition challenging the acquittal of the accused.
While admitting the revision petition filed by ''Anweshi'' women's rights organisation president K Ajitha, Justice J M James summoned the case records from the Principal Asst. Sessions Court, Kozhikode, and posted the petition for hearing after the summer vacation.
