Colombo, Apr 6: Renowned spiritual leader and founder of the Art of Living Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is in Sri Lanka on a four-day visit to interact with the people in this capital city as well in the Northern Jaffna peninsula.
He is scheduled to visit the war-ravaged Jaffna peninsula tomorrow for an interactive session with the people. He will be initiating several humanitarian service projects during his stay in Sri Lanka, including the reopening of a pre-school for tsunami-affected children.
The spiritual leader, who arrived here last night, is scheduled to interact with a packed audience in a programme on Sunday. Several religious leaders, politicians and businessmen, NGOs, parliamentarians, social activists, academicians and youth are expected to participate in the function.
