Governor, CM greet people on Ramnavmi

Patna, Apr 6 (UNI) Bihar Governor Gopal Krishna Gandhi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today greeted the people on the occasion of Ramnavami.

In a message the Governor called upon the people to imbibe the eternal values of ''Maryada Purushottam Bhagwan Ram'' and set an example by their services to the society with high human ideals.

The Chief Minister in his message said,'' High standards of conduct and moral values followed by Purushottam Ram are a timeless beacon to the entire humanity, which continues to guide us along the path towards salvation.

"Ramnavami reminds us of the greatness of Shri Ram's life and ideals, which possess the power to rid us from evil and usher in a society based on ethical values, peace, happiness and prosperity'', said Mr Kumar.

He called upon the people to celebrate the festival in the atmosphere of harmony and universal brotherhood.
