'Cake and Champagne' celebration for Team India

Kochi, Apr 6 (UNI) It was a 'cake and champagne' celebration for the victorious Team India as it returned to its hotel after clinching the seven-match series against Engalnd here today with the fourth win on the trot.

Further celebrations were planned for the night as the entire team was expected to have dinner together at the Taj Malabar.

However, no night-time backwater cruise was planned as the players just wanted to relax after the heat and sweat of the day's game.

''However, there is still time for cruising tomorrow as the team is leaving only on Saturday morning,'' sources said.

As Dravid and his boys returned to the hotel after successfully chasing the 238 target for winning, two bottles of champagne and a large cake awaited them.

Kiran More and some other Indian selectors were also present.
