Bellary recorded highest temperature
Bangalore, Apr 6 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today. Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
Maximum temperatures rose at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at many places over North Interior Karnataka and at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and remained normal over South Interior Karnataka.
Bellary recorded highest maximum temperature of 40.6 degree celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Rain/thunder showers likely to occur at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate likely to occur at isolated places over Shimoga, Chikmagalur, Hassan, Kodagu and Mysore districts of South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and remaining districts of South Interior Karnataka.
