13 IAS transferred in UP, six districts get new DMs

Lucknow, Apr 6 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government transferred 13 IAS officials today.

Official sources said here Parmeshwaran Aiyyar, awaiting posting has been posted as Director General (Tourism) and Managing Director UP Tourism Development Corporation, Lucknow.

Another official awaiting posting B D Singh has been made Secretary (Silk), while Arun Arya also awaiting posting has been posted as Director (Social Welfare Department).

Sources said Special Secretary (National Integration Department) Tarkeshwar Nath Singh has been shifted as District Magistrate (Chitrakoot), while Director, Women Welfare, S N Dubey has been posted as DM (Lalitpur).

The Special Secretary (Urban Development Department) Bhuvnesh Kumar has been shifted as DM (Saharanpur).

Among other officials, DM (Jhansi) S K S Sunderam has been shifted as DM (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Additional Commissioner (Sugarcane) Santosh Kumar Srivastava has been posted as DM (Balrampur). The Special Secretary (Revenue) Venkateshwarlu has been made DM (Jhansi).

Sources said Jagan Mathews, awaiting posting has been posted as Principal Secretary (Environment), Food Commissioner, Lucknow, Devesh Chaturvedi has been made Director, Mandi Parishad, Lucknow, while the previous incumbent of the same post Rajnish Dubey has been shifted as Director (Culture).

The Special Secretary (Environment) Anup Chandra Pandey has been posted as Food Commissioner, Lucknow.
