Trade worth Rs 4,905 crore records on NCDEX

Mumbai, Apr 5 (UNI) As many as 565 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 4,905 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,17,080 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, lemon tur, chili, guargum and urad, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 605 members had participated in trading and put through more than 1,05,670 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2333 hrs was Rs 4,471 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, lemon tur, silver and gold, the release added.
