Mumbai, Apr 5 (UNI) Abhisekh Kasliwal, son of Shree Ram mills owner and an accused in a rape and assualt case, today moved the Bombay High Court for a bail.

The bail plea has been listed for hearing before Justice V M Kanade on April 12.

In his plea, Kasliwal said he was falsely implicated in the case and that he had not committed any offence. It was a case of sexual intercourse with mutual consent, he claimed.
