Harmol Singh appointed DG UP Fire Services

Lucknow, Apr 5 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government today appointed senior IPS officer Harmol Singh as the new Director General of State Fire Services Department.

Principal Secretary (Home) S K Agrawal said here today Mr Singh was awaiting posting after being shifted from the post of Chairman and Managing Director of State Police Housing Corporation.

The vacancy to the DG Fire Services Department post had been created after earlier incumbent Tilak Kak was sent on central deputation, Mr Agrawal added.
