Buddhadeb files nomination
Kolkata, Apr 5: West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee today filed his nomination from Jadavpur constituency which will go to the polls on April 27 in the third phase of state assembly elections.
Mr Bhattacharjee is seeking re-election from the constituency.
Notification for filing of nominations for the third phase of elections in the state in Kolkata, North 24 Parganas and South Parganas was issued on April 1. The last date for filing of nominations has been fixed at April 8.
In all elections would be held for 77 seats in the state during the phase.
