Bhagyanagar Metals secures integrated township development project
Mumbai, Apr 5 (UNI) Bhagyanagar Metals has bagged a tender for the construction of an integrated township project at Vepagunta in Visakapatnam.
The township will be built on 52 acres of land allotted by Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (APHB) through a sealed tender process.
Informing the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company said it in partnership with the Salarpuria group of Bangalore will work on the Rs 384 crore project.
The company has already made a foray into the fast-growing realty sector by acquiring A grade IT space in signature buildings in Hyderabad, and its clients include Microsoft and Fusion Technology.
The company is also exploring options for development of unutilised and under-utilised industrial land for A Grade IT space and is in talks with various developers.
