Trade worth Rs 4,205 crore recorded on NCDEX

Mumbai, Apr 4 (UNI) As many as 551 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 4,205 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,01,570 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, silver, wheat, lemon tur and urad, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 708 members had participated in trading and put through more than 94,910 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2333 hrs was Rs 4,030 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, lemon tur, silver and gold, the release added.
