Six charred to death in UP fire

Sitapur, Apr 4 (UNI) At least six people were charred to death, while an unspecified number injured, in a major fire that swept 200 hutments in Dharmapur village here today.

Police said here that a sudden fire instantly engulfed 200 hutments in the Dharampur village this afternoon. Six people including two women and three children were charred to death, while several others received burns.

A large number of cattle also perished in the fire, while the injured have been admitted to the hospital.
