Residents get panicky as leopard sneaks into Campal area

Panaji, Apr 4 (UNI) Panic gripped the residents of Miramar and Campal area here when a giant leopard sneaked into the backyard of a private bungalow today.

The forest officials and the police rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area even as thousands of onlooker thronged the main thoroughfare to have a glimpse of the unwanted visitor.

Efforts to nab the animal are on.
