Rajasthan HC Judge Transferred, Delhi HC Gets Additional Judge

New Delhi, Apr 4 (UNI) A Rajasthan High Court Judge has been transferred to Gujarat High Court and an Additional Judge appointed to Delhi High Court, it was announced today.

President A P J Abdul Kalam has transferred Justice Yad Ram Meena as a Gujarat HC Judge and asked him to assume charge of his new office by April 15, an announcement said.

President Kalam acted after consultation with Chief Justice Y K Sabharwal, the announcement said.

The appointment of Delhi HC Additional Judge Pravesh Kumar Bhasin will be for two years from the date he takes charge of his office, another announcement said.
