Nanded ZP constitutes 21 medical squads to check dengue
Nanded, Maharashtra, Apr 4 (UNI) The Nanded Zilla Parishad has constituted 21 squads, each comprising a medical officer, a supervisor and three assistants, to check the spread of dengue, which has gripped about 46 villages in the district.
District Health Officer Dr S M Hasmi told UNI a special squad has been despatched to the Tumbarpalli village in Deglur tehsil and Loha town in the district.
Health authorities have undertaken various measures to check the spread of dengue, he said.
