MSPL adds 5.20 MW capacity in Karnataka at its Harihar farm
Mumbai, Apr 4 (UNI) Karnataka-based MSPL Limited has added another 5.20 MW capacity at its Harihar wind farm in Karnataka.
The company had earlier commissioned nine turbines of 600 kilowatt capacity at the same site.
With this, the company's total capacity has risen to 110.8 MW, a release issued here stated.
MSPL, which is India's largest wind energy generator, has entered into a 10 year power purchase agreement with BESCOM for sale of power generated at the Harihar project site. BESCOM has contracted to purchase power at Rs 3.50 per unit.
