Loot in Varanasi-Ranchi Intercity express

Ranchi, Apr 4: Armed robbers looted cash and property worth more than Rs 4 lakh from passangers of the Varanasi-Ranchi Intercity express in the Hehegada area of Latehar district late last night.

According to police the robbers also injured some passengers who protested.

Later, an angry mob of passengers held a demonstration on the Latehar station and also had a scuffle with a TTE.
