ING Vysya Mutual Fund enters into agreement with BoR

Mumbai, Apr 4 (UNI) ING Vysya Mutual Fund has entered into an agreement with Bank of Rajasthan (BoR) to distribute its mutual fund products.

''As a part of our India strategy, we would focus on bank assurance to distribute our products. The partnership with BoR would help us bring our global practices in bank assurance to India. This move is not only profitable for both parties involved but also would deliver value to investors,'' ING Investment Management-South Asia Regional General Manager Mike Ferrer told reporters here today.

On this occasion ING Asia Pacific Regional General Manager Peter Smyth said, ''India is clearly on a strong growth path and we have ambitious plans for India. A part of ING's India strategy would be to partner with a select group of banks that we will be working closely with BoR. We expect a significant lift in volumes, a high degree of customer satifaction and value creation for share holders through this partnership.''
