Haryana govt launches online placement service
Chandigarh, Apr 4 (UNI) Haryana Minister of Finance, Labour and Employment Birender Singh today launched the online private placement service started by the Department of Employment for facilitating placement in the private sector. This service will be available on the website www.haryanajobs.in.
The Minister, while talking to mediapersons on this occasion said any applicant or employer could make use of these services free of charge on the website www.haryanajobs.in. A private placement cell has also been established in the district employment exchange, mini secretariat, Gurgaon for the convenience of the unemployed youths of the state.
The Minister said any person seeking a job in the private sector could get himself registered by clicking 'post your resume' on the site.
Those applicant who do not have access to on-line facilities, could get themselves registered by filling up the prescribed form which could be downloaded from the above site or by visiting the district employment exchange alongwith original ceritificates.
He said the employers could also fill up the details of vacancies in the form by cliking 'post the vancancy' on the website and request the concerned district employment officer to send candidates after matching the details themselves or could select the candidates as per their requirements, by providing information in the form available on the website.
They could also send the same to any districtemployment exchange or the special cell in Gurgaon and request the concerned officer to make selection for them.
On this occasion Mr Singh also released a newsletter, brought out by the Department of Employment, with a view to provide useful and timely information about the vacancies and admissions.
The newsletter to be brought out every fortnight will be circulated through different government offices for the benefit of the job seekers, he added.
