Bangalore, Apr 4 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today. Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Maximum temperatures fell at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka were normal over Interior Karnataka.

Gulbarga recorded highest maximum temperature of 39.0 degrees celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Thursday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka.

Forecast for Farmers: Light to moderate likely to occur at isolated places over all districts of North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.

Forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy. Rain/thundershowers likely towards evening/night. Maximum temperature would be around 34 degrees celsius.
