Apprehended Pak youth handed over to police

Jammu, Apr 4 (UNI) Two apprehended Pakistani youth, suspected to be spies, were handed over to police by the army today.

An official spokesman told UNI the youth were captured yesterday when they crossed over from the Pakistan side and were sighted roaming suspiciously about 200 metres inside the Indian territory from the actual Line of Control (LoC).

They were being interrogated by the army.

The spokesman said after completing the interrogation the youth were handed over to police.

During preliminary interrogation they revealed their respective indentities as Zahid (22), son of Mohammed Anwar, resident of Sahibabad and Mohammed Imran (19), son of Baba Salim, resident of Faislabad in Pakistan. A laser pointer and a photo of a person in combat outfit were also recovered from these two young men.
