Congress councillor shot dead in north Kashmir

Baramulla, Apr 4: Congress councillor Wali Mohammad War was shot dead by militants at the main chowk, in north Kashmir today, official sources said.

The critically wounded councillor succumbed to his injuries before he could be shifted to the hospital, the sources added.

Two days back militants had shot dead another Congress councillor at Sopore in this district.
