Three killed in firing incident at CM's residence in Jammu

jammu, Apr 3 (UNI) Three persons were killed in a firing incident which took place at the residence of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad here this evening.

Inspecor General of Central Reserve Police Force(CRPF) Jammu Range P M Nair told UNI the incident happened at the guard post outside the CM's residence over a between the CRPF Jawans posted in which constable Anand Singh opened indiscriminate fire at his colleague killing one inspector and two head constables on the spot.

Mr Nair said the accused was immediately overpowered by the other jawans and arrested and was being interrogated.

On receiving the information senior police officials including Director General of Police Gopal Sharma have rushed to the spot.
