Tantia public issue oversubscribed

Mumbai, Apr 3 (UNI) The Kolkata-based Tantia Constructions, a core infrastructure construction company, has received an oversubscription of 82.68 times to its initial public offer (IPO) of 42,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in a price band of Rs 45 to Rs 50 per share.

The IPO, opened on March 27, received about 1,48,000 applications, a compnay release today said, adding the high networth individual (HNI) portion was subscribed 248.355 times, while qualified institutional body (QIB) segment 35.537 times.

The retail portion was oversubscribed by 84.377 times of the offer.

The net offer will constitute 27.30 per cent of the fully diluted post issue capital of the company, the release added.
