RIL approached by many oil majors for tie-up

Mumbai, Apr 3 (UNI) Reliance Industries today said many global oil firms have approached the company for a tie-up with its subsidiary - Reliance Petroleum Ltd to set up a new refinery.

Reliance did not name any of the oil majors, but said in a notice to the stock exchange, that the company was in discussion with them, though no decision had been taken.

Talks with the oil majors include a tie-up for technical support and supply of crude oil, the company said.
