Punj Lloyd to raise Rs 1,000 cr

Mumbai, Apr 3 (UNI) Punj Lloyd has decided to raise Rs 1,000 crore from the international markets through the issue of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) or global depository receipts (GDRs).

This was announced in a release issued by the company to the BSE today.
