Mufti expresses grief over death of Sharma

Jammu Apr 3 (UNI) Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) patron and former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mufti Mohammad Sayeed expressed grief over the death of a founder member of party and social worker R R Sharma who passed away this morning.

Mr Sayeed, who arrived from Srinagar this afternoon, straightaway drove to party headquarterS here where he presided over a condolence meeting.

Paying rich tributes to Sharma, the former Chief Minister said the party haD lost a dedicated leader who contributed a lot for the betterment of the people and always dedicated his service for the cause of humanity.

Meanwhile, the party president Mehbooba Mufti, in a separate condolence message, condoled the death of Sharma, adding that the party haD lost a dedicated, industrious and honest social worker.

She also expressed sympathy with the bereaved family.
