Malik, Sukhbir re-elected unopposed to HWA

Chandigarh, Apr 3 (UNI) Dr Mahinder Singh Malik and Sukhbir Singh were elected unopposed as president and general secretary, respectively, of the Haryana Wrestling Association (HWA), for the next four-year term.

The elections were held yesterday at the annual general body meeting of the association at Chaudhary Bharat Singh Memorial Sports School in Nidani (Jind). Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) deputed Roshan Lal as observer while HS Bhadu attended the AGM as observer of the Haryana Olympic Association.

Office-bearers: Vice-presidents: Jagroop Singh, Ram Singh, Randhir Singh, Jagat Singh, Ved Parkash, Sarita Malik, Rajwanti Malik.
