Kasturirangan urges young minds to think creatively
Kochi, Apr 3 (UNI) Former ISRO chairman K Kasturirangan today stressed the importance of creative thinking in research activities.
Addressing a function in connection with Science Day celebrations at the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), he said new products and principles could be developed by doing this.
For centuries, man had been exploring nature and coming up with new ideas, he added.
By undertaking work seriously and creatively, young researchers could make immense contribution to development of the nation.
As part of the celebrations, former CUSAT vice-chancellor M V Pylee was felicitated by University vice-chancellor P K Abdul Azis.
