Indo-Pak Punjab Games postponed to November
Chandigarh, Apr 2 (UNI) The second edition of the Indo-Pak Punjab Games has been postponed to November.
Sources said Pakistan Punajb Chief Minister Pervaiz Ellahi conveyed for the rescheduling of the Games in November in a letter to his Indian counterpart Captain Amarinder Singh.
The tournament was originally scheduled to be organised by the Pakistan Punjab Olympic Association from December 21 to 27 last year. It was first postponed due to the earthquake in India and Pakistan in October last and was rescheduled for February this year, but further postoned for this month.
The first Games were conducted by Indian Punjab Olympic Association in December 2004.
