ICICI OneSource appoints Rajesh Subramaniam as CFO

Mumbai, April 03 (UNI) ICICI OneSource has appointed Rajesh Subramaniam as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr Subramaniam has been head, corporate development and investor relations at ICICI OneSource since its inception. He has been responsible for piloting the acquisitions of CustomerAsset (2002)&FirstRing (2003), Pipal Research&Account Solutions Group (ASG) (both in 2004) and RevIT Systems (2005).

Prior to ICICI OneSource, Rajesh worked with GIV, Ernst&Young&KPMG and handled handling M&A and Corporate Finance.
